One flat price
Core $39 or Full Season $69 per property, per tax year, plus an optional $19 record correction add-on. Never a share of your savings.
Facts with sources
Deadlines and rules come from official sources. Each shows the source and the date we last checked it. A county page goes public only after a person verifies its facts.
Same method for every home
Comparable homes are chosen by published rules, without looking at their assessments or sale prices.
